  انسة تبلغ من العمر36 عاماً تعيش بإحدى قرى وجه بحري في سكن تابع للكنيسة. تعمل هذه الفتاه موظفة في شركة تتقاضى راتب حوالي 3000 جنيه. تعرضت هذه الانسة لضمور شديد بمفصل الفخذ الأيمن والايسر بسبب علاج كورتيزون نتيجة العدوى بوباء كورونا وتحتاج الان لإجراء عملية لتركيب مفاصل صناعية للفخذين من نوع سيراميك. تكلفة العملية حوالي 180000 جنيه وستساهم المطرانية بمبلغ 20000 جنيه.

The lady suffered severe atrophy in the right and left hip joints due to steroid injections administered for the treatment of an infection; she now needs hip replacement surgery. The cost of the surgery is about 180,000 Egyptian Pounds, and the diocese will contribute 20,000 Egyptian Pounds.

We need your help in the amount of 160,000 Egyptian Pounds to perform the surgery.

• A 16-year-old girl lives in a village in Upper Egypt with her family which consists of a father who is sick with meningitis and does not work, a mother who is a housewife, the oldest daughter who is in nursing high school, two other daughters who are in elementary school, and the youngest son is in kindergarten. The family’s living expenses are provided by Santa Verena Charity, the church, and a government pension, for a total monthly amount of about 2,750 Egyptian Pounds. The girl suffers from scoliosis and needs surgery to install plates and screws. The cost of the surgery is 260,000 Egyptian Pounds, and the diocese will contribute 10,000 Egyptian Pounds.
