Youth Services

The youth of our diocese are encouraged to join the service trips to diverse places such as Egypt, Kenya, South America. and Hawaii.

H.E. Metropolitan Serapion incorporated youth service trips to provide youth with a chance to serve our needy brothers and sisters around the world and establish a connection between our Church here and the Coptic Churches abroad.

Some quick facts:

• Trips are open to all youth college-age and above.
• These trips are annual in the summer and/or winter.
• Trips include service, retreat, monastery visits, and some tourism.
• Service part of the trip slightly varies from one country to the next but may inlcude- basic medical service, visiting orphanages and elderly homes, and teaching English.

No previous experience is required.

These trips are a great way to learn more about our church, meet our brothers and sisters aaround the world, and most importantly to put our love into action!
